Enjoy a memorable evening of classic blues, gourmet dining, and craft cocktails, beer & wine with friends and family and send out the old year with a bang.
Doors open for meet and greet 6:30 - 7:30
Dinner service 7:30 - 9:00
Music and dancing 9:00 - Midnight
Champagne toast at Midnight.
The Dinner - Your Choice of:
Lamb Lollipops: Two seared lamb ribs, served with Asparagus, Mashed potato, Topped with a smoked tomato cream sauce.
Salmon: Seared salmon served with artichoke hearts, sun dried tomato, spinach, gnocchi, topped with a white wine butter sauce.
Chicken Roulade: Chicken breast stuffed with bacon, cheddar cheese, spinach, jalapenos breaded and fried, served with asparagus, mashed potato, and a spicy cream sauce.
Stuffed Portabello: 2 caps stuffed with red pepper, onion, spinach, white wine butter sauce, parmesan, pinion nuts, Served with sweet potato mashers, asparagus.
Prime Rib: 8 oz cut of perfectly cooked prime, served with asparagus, sweet potato mashers, Au Jus, horseradish sour cream.
Complimentary: Coffee or Tea with Dinner and after dinner we will set out an assortment of sweet treats for dessert. At Midnight, a Champagne toast. And, for home consumption-only, a 200 Ml souvenir bottle of Glencoe Distillery's newest bottled spirit: Sacred Grounds' brand of Ginger Liqueur.
